We therefore hold a complete history of all completed audits, and are able to provide a comprehensive report for clients at any time.
Smith & Arner® offer the facility of a dedicated support desk for our clients to use for reactive responses. Our support desk logs all queries, ensuring that they are followed through to completion and the relevant action performed. We also carry out independent customer satisfaction surveys with our clients and all feedback is given directly to our operations team.
